This module teaches how to carry out a structured HHSRS risk assessment step by step. It covers identifying hazards, assessing likelihood and severity, and recording findings clearly.

This module explores both Category 1 (serious) and Category 2 (less severe) hazards under HHSRS, covering the following:

• Entry by intruders (security)

• Falls on level surfaces
