The multiple choice online test is taken at the end of day 2 & includes a free resit.Certification
Test results are received 1 day after the course & on passing, learners receive an electronic & paper copy of their certificate. Recertification is recommended every 5 years.Requirements
Learners should be, or considering, working as a supervisor, be able to communicate in English, have in date ID, a Laptop/ PC or Mac with a webcam & Zoom.Group Discount
