This module teaches how to carry out a structured HHSRS risk assessment step by step. It covers identifying hazards, assessing likelihood and severity, and recording findings clearly.

Learners will understand how hazards are identified using updated baseline standards, scored across the High (Category 1), Medium, and Low (Category 2) risk bands, and managed in line with local authority enforcement powers.

This module provides an eChecklist to carry out and document HHSRS inspections. This structured checklist ensure consistency, accuracy, and legal compliance & helps learners confidently record findings and evidence during property assessments.
